Upswing runs one of the most active influencer marketing operations in Kerala. This team manages creator campaigns end to end — sourcing, briefing, negotiating, executing and measuring. If you understand the creator economy and love building relationships that drive results, this is your team.
This team manages paid campaigns across Meta and Google for a diverse client portfolio. Results here are non-negotiable. We build campaigns on logic, test relentlessly and scale what works. If you are obsessed with ROAS and CPL and what the numbers actually mean, you belong here.
We produce 100+ videos every month across clients. The Production team is responsible for every visual output that leaves Upswing — reels, brand films, product shoots, graphic assets and more. Speed, quality and creative vision are the three things this team lives by.
